Pasture Pride’s Jalapeno Juusto™ cheese is a buttery, squeaky cheese that is based on a 200-year-old Scandinavian cheese called “Juustolepia.” The addition of red and green jalapeno peppers gives the cheese a spicy flavor. The cheese is baked, giving the cheese a caramelized, toasty crust.
